Tisha received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and her law degree, with honors, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Deeply committed to her community, she enjoys staying heavily engaged through non-profit volunteer service and mentoring. She lives in Colleyville with her husband of over 26 years. They have three adult children.
