Natalie Greco is a Director in the Office of Career Services at SMU Dedman School of Law whose focus is on developing opportunities for externship and job opportunities with mid-size, small and boutique firms. She also provides career development training and counseling to JD students.

Natalie joined the Office of Career Services in July 2026 after serving for more than nine years as Director of Programs and Operations for the Tsai Center for Law, Science and Innovation at SMU Dedman School of Law. In that role, she managed the Center’s operations, programming, communications, and external relations while mentoring law students and developing relationships with attorneys, judges, alumni, donors, and industry leaders. She also served as Program Director for the Appellate Judges Education Institute at SMU Dedman School of Law, where she directed a national judicial education conference for state and federal appellate judges. Prior to joining SMU, Natalie worked in trust administration, serving as Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at Tolleson Private Bank and as Assistant Vice President and Trust Administrator with JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctor from SMU in 2005 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Southern Methodist University in 2001. She is a licensed Texas attorney and an active member of the Dallas legal community. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to mentoring law students, fostering connections between the law school and legal employers, and supporting the professional development of future lawyers.
