Keith McCook

Keith McCook, PhD, is Head of Applied Psychology & Research on the HLabs Team at Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search, leadership consulting, and talent advisory firm. His work focuses on measuring critical factors for leadership success and generating insights on leadership through assessments and advanced analytics. 

Previously, he worked as Vice President, Talent Analytics for a global predictive analytics and assessment company. He led the team of data analysts and statisticians that delivered predictive models and insight to clients in hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics, demonstrating connections between pre-hire data and organizational outcomes (e.g., performance outcomes, employee retention). Earlier in his career he served as Director of European Markets for Assess Systems, leading translation, localization, and validation efforts for psychometric assessment tools in 12 countries.

He is a licensed Industrial Psychologist in Texas, with 20 years of HR consulting and analytics expertise. He is a recognized expert in talent analytics, often cited in media and frequently featured as a presenter at national conferences related to people analytics.
