Digital Signs in Residential Commons

Display locations

Residential Commons have one digital display in the main lobby of each building.
Moore and Smith-Perkins Halls’ digital displays are located near each building’s first-floor lounge.
Dyer House and the Service House digital displays are located in the main entryway of each building.

Signage requirements

When developing your content, please keep in mind the following requirements:

The submission must be from University departments or recognized student groups. Non-University-related requests will be declined.
The digital sign must include the name or logo of the sponsoring department or organization.
The digital sign must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format. All other file formats will be declined.
The digital sign must be formatted in 1920pixels x 1080 pixels (16:9 ratio.)
Artwork can have the same specifications as above or can be a short MP4 movie (1080 pixels)

Request a posting

To post content to an individual residential community, contact the Residential Community Director (RCD) of the community.
To post content to all residential communities, and other Student Affairs buildings, submit a request through the form linked below.
To post content to other public players outside of Student Affairs buildlings, contact the owners of the digital signs and request that they add your content. A listing of some public players is available on the OIT website.
