Professor Marc Steinberg Elected to European Law Institute
Marc I. Steinberg, Rupert and Lillian Radford Chair in Law and Professor of Law, has been elected as a member of the European Law Institute. Professor Steinberg is an internationally recognized scholar in securities and exchange law.
The European Law Institute (ELI) is an independent, democratic, membership-based organization of distinguished founding. Inspired by the activities of the American Law Institute (ALI), ELI serves a similar purpose within the European legal context, focusing on European legal development in a global context. ELI’s mission is to initiate, conduct, and facilitate research, make recommendations, and provide practical guidance on European legal development.
