A critical thinking framework for AI agents can help address the limitations of LLM-based reasoning by incorporating explicit steps for evaluating and questioning their outputs. This framework would guide AI to assess the validity, consistency, and relevance of its responses, encouraging the identification of gaps, contradictions, or illogical patterns. By integrating feedback loops and self-assessment mechanisms, AI can better manage uncertainty and refine reasoning to produce more reliable and coherent results.
