Think Critically. Design Creatively. Collaborate Effectively.

At SMU Guildhall, we have multiple programs offering education in the fields of game development and emerging interactive technologies.

Leading studios expect candidates to have advanced proficiency in creative design and technical art, plus interdisciplinary fluency—competencies that begin at the undergraduate level and are fully refined through graduate-level education and professional training. Entry-level industry applicants should therefore have both a foundational undergraduate preparation and advanced graduate-level specialization and credentialing.

SMU provides both undergraduate foundations and advanced graduate training.
