CampusOptics
CampusOptics is SMU’s centralized platform for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) information and activities. It supports safety training records, laboratory and research-space information, chemical and equipment inventories, inspections, and corrective actions. Faculty, staff, and students in research and academic laboratories use CampusOptics to keep EHS information current. Principal Investigators and laboratory supervisors should review personnel, space details, emergency contacts, hazards, inventories, and equipment records, and notify EHS of information that is missing or needs correction.
