Incident Reporting
Most incidents can now be reported to the Office of Risk Management using the online portal to our Risk Management Information System (RMIS).

Injured SMU Employee
Report an incident involving an employee work-related injury or illness.
Injured Non-SMU Employee
Report an incident involving a participant at an SMU-hosted camp, conference, or special event or student travel (domestic or international).
Auto Incident
Report a vehicle accident involving an SMU-owned or leased vehicle, golf cart, gator, or sub-compact utility vehicle.
SMU Property Incident
Report damage or loss to SMU-owned or leased property, building, equipment, or contents.
