The Armstrong Area Desk is located in Armstrong Commons at 5809 Bush Avenue. The desk is on the northeast side of the buildings, facing Arnold Dining Commons. The Armstrong Desk provides card access services to residents of Armstrong Commons, Loyd Commons, Kathy Crow Commons, Crum Commons, and Ware Commons.

The Virginia-Snider (VS) Area Desk is located in Virginia-Snider Commons at the top of Bishop Boulevard and at the corner of Asbury Street and Hillcrest Avenue. The VS Desk provides spare key services to residents of Mary Hay/Peyton/Shuttles Commons, Morrison-McGinnis Commons, McElvaney Commons, Cockrell-McIntosh Commons, Boaz Commons, Upper Division Housing, and Viriginia-Snider Commons.
