Jeffrey King

Jeffrey King is the Director of Development for the Simmons School of Education. After graduating with a BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, Jeffrey embarked on a career in development holding roles at notable organizations such as the United Way for Greater Austin, North Texas Food Bank, KIPP Texas Public Schools and Dallas College Foundation.

Jeffrey’s experience in attracting individual, foundation, and corporate gifts, specifically within the education sector, is commendable. He has a proven track record of securing financial support for educational institutions through successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives. In addition, his ability to lead and manage advisory boards in a philanthropic context demonstrates his skills in engaging influential stakeholders and leveraging their expertise for strategic fundraising efforts.
