GSTCA Registration Details

Thank you for completing your registration form for the Governor’s Champions’ Academy! We are now holding a place for you in the camp.

To be completely registered we need a few more things (see attached):

1) Proof of your age and citizenship (copy of Driver’s license, Birth Certificate, Passport, or Report Card)
2) Signed SMU Liability and Medical Release Form
3) Signed TWC Photo Release Form
4) Field Trip Permission Slip

You may either scan these and email them to gstca@smu.edu, or you can mail them to:

We will contact you soon with more details relating to the camp like what to bring, maps, and more information on the research strands.
