A prolific author of research articles and scholarly books on marketing research, his recent interests center on dynamic structural equation models, models for measuring brand equity, consumer-product relationships, and customer engagement optimization. Besides holding professorships in marketing and statistics, Bill is also serves as senior associate dean.
