Jennifer Barker
Coordinator of Campus Recovery and Mental Health Promotion
Jennifer’s responsibilities in the Office of Wellbeing Education include oversight of the Campus Recovery Community (CRC) as well as development of Mental Health Promotion (MHP) initiatives. She received her Master of Science in Family Sciences and Human Development from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to SMU, Jennifer's experience includes Plano ISD Family Services as a Crisis Counselor / Facilitator, Director of Collin County Programs at CARE Dallas, and Chief Problem Solver/Co-Founder of OnPoint Families. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, craft projects, and decorating.
