Prospective Students Invited to Attend Inside Perkins Event on Wednesday, March 1


DALLAS (SMU) – Is theological education possibly in your future? 

All prospective degree and non-degree students are invited to attend Inside Perkins, a free information session offered by Perkins School of Theology, from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1.

Inside Perkins participants will have an opportunity to engage with students and faculty, attend a class with Dr. Roy Heller, Associate Professor of Old Testament, or Dr. Robert Hunt, Professor of Christian Mission and Interreligious Relations, tour the school’s facilities and learn more about admissions and financial aid. Additionally, attendees can discover more and inquire about Perkins’ Global Theological Education and Intern programs.

“We consider it a privilege anytime we can host potential students at Perkins and interact with them on their journey of a deeper understanding of faith and ministry,” said William Jennings Bryan III, Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Perkins School of Theology. “The programs and offerings we have at Perkins certainly will prepare individuals for any of a wide range of positions in ministry.”
