Engineering Summer Camps

We offer summer camp programs for students in 6th through 12th grades. These summer camps are authentically Lyle, as the facilities, staff, and curriculum are all unique to the Lyle School of Engineering. Camps provide a creative environment for students to learn the fundamentals of engineering and STEM through hands-on, interactive team projects.

Crime Scene Investigation

This camp is designed for rising 6th & 7th Grade students to explore the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics behind identification and crime solving.

Introduction to Engineering

This camp is designed for rising 7th & 8th Grade students with little to no exposure to engineering.

Advanced Engineering

This camp is designed for rising 9th & 10th Grade students that have an introduction to engineering and wish to further their knowledge and experience.

Engineering Design Experience

This residential camp is designed for rising juniors and seniors in high school to explore the five main disciplines of engineering offered at the Lyle School: civil and environmental (CEE), computer science (CS), electrical and computer (ECE), engineering management, information and systems (EMIS) and mechanical engineering (ME).
