The University Registrar plans and manages the procedures for establishing and maintaining academic records of all undergraduate, graduate and professional students in the University as well as alumni and former students. It is responsible for transactions relating to students’ records (i.e., grade changes, advanced placement credits, transfer credits, academic progress, disciplinary actions, grade point computations) and manages the safe retention and appropriate use of student’s academic records. Additionally, it is responsible for confirming completion of degree requirements, ordering of diplomas and the awarding of degrees, Honor Roll recognition and the compiling of data for the completion of internal and external reports.
