  • April 12, 2024: APSM is hosting an Exercise is Medicine event with a special guest speaker and events to help mental wellbeing. From 12:00pm- 1:00pm, we will have Dr Carena Winters lecturing at Harold Clark Simmons Hall in room 101D.  Dr. Winters will be visiting from Jacksonville University and is currently the Director of EIM. 
  • April 12, 2024: APSM will be holding activities for physical and mental wellbeing. Join us and participate with therapy dogs, inflatable obstacle courses and more! Please register with the QR code found on the flyer!
