Women's Innovative Network
The Women's Innovative Network (WIN) is SMU's student organization for women who want to build, innovate, and grow — as leaders, founders, and everything in between. WIN is proud to partner with the Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (WELI) — bringing shared programming built on empowerment, education, innovation, and impact to SMU.
WIN is where SMU students who are building something — a new idea, a new skill, a version of themselves they haven't met yet — come to grow. Through our partnership with WELI, we bring the programming, mentorship, and network of one of the country's leading entrepreneurship institutes directly to campus.
WIN is open to all SMU undergraduates from any major. As a WIN member, you might:

Join a committee led by one of WIN's Executive Committee members

Attend the Breakthrough Series — workshop events featuring entrepreneurs and industry leaders

Help tell WIN's story across campus as a community ambassador

Apply for an Executive Committee role and lead WIN's programming yourself
