Ongoing Studies
-Learning to Change: In this collaborative study (with researchers at Goucher University) we are following undergraduate students from their freshman year through graduation in order to examine how their personalities change over the course of college. In addition, we investigate which experiences and factors (e.g. classes, extracurricular activities, roommates) influence personality change.
-Examining Dissociation: This study investigates the psychometric properties of a wide number of dissociation measures.
-Temperament, Personality, and Language Study: In collaboration with researchers at the Callier Center we are examining how children's language development is influenced by their temperament and their parents' personality traits.
-POP Study: In collaboration with researchers at UTD we are investigating people's ability to predict a stranger's personality.
