Tim Sutton

Tim Sutton is the co-founder of Mighty Ltd., an innovative London-based AI-enabled strategy company currently in stealth mode.  He’s also an engineer, strategist and teacher that helps global brands grow and adapt.  He’s launched products, brands, and companies, built software applications, and led major corporate initiatives.

Tim started his career in R&D for GM, Whirlpool and Starbucks. At AT&T Wireless he led teams that delivered 50% improvement in store efficiency. Tim founded an enterprise software company and sold the platform to AT&T. He then joined Blockbuster as VP of Retail Innovation to launch new store concepts.  Tim’s held senior leadership roles at prominent growth and innovation firms where he advised executive teams in Fortune 100 global firms. Tim has also served as operating partner at Atlantic Street Capital. 

Tim’s been a trusted advisor to senior leaders at Husqvarna, Diageo, Nestle, Best Buy, PepsiCo, NCR, SingTel, Chobani, and Hearst Corporation.  He is a sought-after public speaker and has designed and facilitated multi-day strategy and innovation workshops globally for clients like AT&T, MTN, Experian, Bugaboo, Goodyear and Mass Mutual.
He has engineering degrees from Notre Dame and Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Washington.  Tim lives in San Diego with his wife (author and leadership entrepreneur Kimberly Davis) and son.
