Kimberly Davis

Committed to connecting leaders to their most authentic and powerful selves, Ms. Kimberly Davis’ unique blend of leadership expertise, strong facilitation skills, and professional theatre training ignites real results. Ms. Davis teaches in a multitude of SMU Cox Executive Education programs, most notably the Transformational Leadership Program and for The Leadership Lab. She also works with many SMU client organizations to design and deliver leadership development.

Ms. Davis 20+-year career bridges tools originating in the performing arts with the art of leadership. She has worked with leaders from every level, in a multitude of industries, across the US, Europe, and Asia; and has received outstanding reviews from a wide-range of organizations including: LA Metro, Toyota, AT&T, Parkland Hospital and many,
many others. Ms. Davis was also instrumental in teaching for the Bush Institute's WE Lead program (empowering female leaders from the middle east).

Ms. Davis is a TEDx speaker, founder of OnStage Leadership, a graduate of the University of Arizona, a certified facilitator and coach (Leadership Strategies/Coach Training Alliance – accredited by the International Coach Federation), and her book, Brave Leadership: Unleash Your Most Confident, Authentic, and Powerful Self to Get the Results You Need was the 2019 Benjamin Franklin Silver Award winner for Business and Career and was named the #1 book to read on Inc. Magazine’s “The most impactful books to read in 2018.”
