Developed for ambitious professionals at the start of their careers, the program spans 33 months, giving students the opportunity to build meaningful professional experience while earning an MBA. Because students remain employed throughout the program, they can immediately apply new ideas in the workplace, deepen their understanding through real-world experience and grow into leadership roles with the support of their employers.

The Online MBA Direct experience combines the flexibility of online learning with the engagement of a collaborative MBA community. Students attend live online evening classes, complete asynchronous coursework and learn from the same accomplished faculty who teach in SMU Cox's on-campus MBA programs. Experiential learning, consulting projects and international immersion opportunities reinforce classroom concepts, while personalized career coaching helps students develop a professional strategy from their first semester through graduation.

By intentionally integrating work and graduate study over three years, the Online MBA Direct: Early Career Track creates a learning experience that is both practical and transformational.
