Community Lunch Menu

Perkins School of Theology

Community lunches are usually offered Tuesdays through Friday during the Spring and Fall semesters, in the Refectory of the Elizabeth Perkins Prothro Hall.

For the week of October 5-9

Tuesday, October 6

Italian Sausage, Spaghetti Parmesan, baked Spinach, Caesar Salad, and Bread

Wednesday, October 7

King Ranch Turkey, Black Beans, Broccoli, and Salad

Thursday, October 8
BBQ Pork, Sausage, and Ham, Three-Cheese Potato Casserole, Marinated Veggie Salad

Friday, October 9
Honey Roasted Chicken, Rice & Vermicelli Pilaf a.k.a.“rice a roni,” Green Beans, and Salad
