2012 Faith Forum Panelist: Gordon K. Wright

Longtime Texas resident and Cooper & Scully lawyer, Gordon K. Wright, is an official North Texas spokesperson for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  He has served in the Church in a variety of capacities, and currently is active in his congregation in Allen, Texas. Gordon makes his living as lawyer, working in the Dallas area since graduating from law school in 1985.

Licensed to practice law in Texas, California, Oregon, and Utah, Gordon focuses his legal practice on the preparation and trial of complex cases, including representing other attorneys whose competence and reputations have been at issue and which have been successfully protected.

Gordon is an Eagle Scout, and now serves on national, council and district Scouting boards. He served a two-year mission for the Church in Flemish-speaking Belgium from 1977 to 1979, and completed his education at Brigham Young University and Stanford Law School.  Gordon is married to Lynette Allred Wright and they are the parents of six children.
