Thierry Tirado

Thierry Tirado has been working at SMU since 2012. He teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced courses in French, as well as continuing education classes. Thierry also taught at the University of Texas at Arlington and at EL Centro College in Dallas. He has areas of special interest in French literature and culture, French Naturalist Movement, and legal and business French. In addition to coordinating intermediate French classes, Professor Tirado serves as the assistant director for SMU-in-Paris, where he teaches an advanced class on the history of Paris.
