As a training clinic, we are able to offer services at a reduced rate and we will work with clients individually to determine needs-based cost of service. We accept cash, checks, or credit card payments for all services.
Psychological and psychoeducational assessment services are provided at a flat rate fee of $600, paid at the first visit or in two installments. If paying in installments, the initial payment ($300) is due at the first session, and the balance ($300) is due at the final session.
After the free intake appointment, child and adult therapy fees are on a sliding scale ranging from $10-$80 per session, based on income. In order to establish your fee, you will need to provide proof of income (a recent pay stub or tax return) at the initial visit. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount ($80) for services. Payment is expected at each session.
We are unable to accept insurance of any kind. Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not reimburse for services provided by trainees. However, you are encouraged to contact your insurance company regarding their policies. Should you learn that your insurance will cover services, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork for you to file with your insurance company. If you will be seeking reimbursement, you will not be eligible for reduced fees.
