About the SMU Psychology Clinic
The SMU Psychology Clinic is a non-profit training clinic housed within SMU’s Department of Psychology. The mission of the Clinic is threefold: 1) to provide training in the competent and ethical practice of clinical psychology; 2) to offer high-quality, affordable psychological services to the Dallas-Fort Worth area as service to the community; and 3) to support clinical research and dissemination of evidence-based practice. Our clinicians are doctoral students in the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology program at SMU, who are supervised by licensed clinical psychologists and/or SMU faculty members. The clinic provides a range of leading-edge, effective mental health services to keep people of all ages living healthy, productive lives.

Thriving with ADHD: A Skills-Based Approach for Adolescents
A 12-week therapy group for adolescents ages 14–18, focused on learning strategies and tools to better manage life, school, and relationships. Weekly evening sessions are 90 minutes long and include individual weekly check-ins. Programming runs from January 26th through April 13th. The total program fee is $350, with a $150 deposit required to secure your spot. -
Thriving with Adult ADHD: A Skills-Based Approach
A 10-week therapy group focused on learning strategies and tools to better manage your life, your work or school, and your relationships. Sessions are held weekly in the evening for 90 minutes and include individual weekly check-ins. Programming runs from February 2nd through April 13th. Total program fee is $350, with a $150 deposit due to secure your spot.
