ERG Summit 2017

This SMU Latino Leadership Initiative ERG Summit is a relevant and timely opportunity for leaders to hear about current thought and research into the power of ERGs in the corporate environment today.

Featuring:

  • Dr. Robert Rodriguez, author of Latino Talent: Effective Strategies to Recruit, Retain & Develop Hispanic Professionals, bringing insights from his research and consultation with over 150 corporations seeking to better engage and develop Latino talent.
  • Bobby Griffin III, Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Flowserve Corporation, sharing global experience in enterprise level D&I strategy, a structure to embed D&I throughout the organization and contribution of ERG’s to the business.
  • Dr. Miguel (Mickey) Quiñones interviewing a panel of ERG leaders from State Farm, Walmart and Intel on the importance of ERGs to them, to their members and to their companies, answering questions on current & future trends of ERGs.
 

This event is designed to be a forum for discussion and collaboration. Hosted at the premier SMU Collins Executive Education Center, this program will allow participants to network with peers, learn from nationally recognized experts and cultivate the most current understanding about the value of ERGs.
