CDO Forum Banner 2016

We all know the staggering data illuminating the rapid shifts in global and domestic demographics, as well as the business imperative to inclusively connect and engage with our employees and customers.

Given this level of unprecedented change and the era of information now enabled by social media, how do Chief Diversity Officers anticipate, influence and act on next-level diversity and inclusion leadership? How do organizations keep the evolving practice of D&I as a top priority when balancing business priorities and demands?

The SMU LLI Chief Diversity Officer Forum is a relevant and timely opportunity for executive level diversity officers to engage in dialogue with an accomplished cohort group around next level inclusion and diversity practices.

This invitation-only event is curated and designed to be an intimate forum for poignant discussion and collaboration. Hosted within the premier SMU Collins Executive Education Center, this program will allow diversity and inclusion leaders to strategize among peers, learn from nationally recognized SMU Cox instructors and walk away with resources to take action in their organizations and communities.
