Attracting Top Latino Talent

Attracting Top Latino Talent

Stunning shifts in global and domestic demographics have become a notable derivative of today’s economy, including Texas. According to the Census Bureau, Texas is the 2nd fastest growing state for Latino population in the U.S. With evolving changes in the state’s business landscape, the call to action is no longer a “one size fits all” approach. In order for companies to remain competitive, it becomes imperative to assimilate visionary leaders who offer a more accurate view of the global setting through an innate lens of diversity.

This SMU Cox Latino Leadership Initiative Symposium is a relevant and timely opportunity for talent acquisition and diversity executives to focus on next level recruiting best practices. We will engage in a crucial dialogue with an accomplished cohort to address and strategize on important topics such as: the changing demographic in the U.S., building a brand that will attract Latino talent and how to attract top Latino talent.

Hosted within the premier SMU Collins Executive Education Center, this invitation-only event will also allow talent acquisition and diversity leaders to learn from nationally recognized experts and walk away with the resources to take action in their organizations and communities.
