This Zoom event is designed to be a space where we come together to learn and to speak out about racism. Please join this multicultural group of speakers from Perkins School of Theology as we strive to increase awareness of social injustices and racism against marginalized communities in the United States. The breath of life, de-centering white supremacy, the impact of racial identity, the church’s response to racism, and other topics will be presented.
This event is for all who are interested in increasing awareness about and sensitivity to social injustices occurring around us, and is especially for those who do not speak up when they see it happening.
It is free, open to the public, and no registration is required.
