If you wish to be considered for scholarship funds that have specific eligibility requirements established by the donors, we ask that you supply the information requested below. You will be contacted to provide appropriate documentation if it is determined that you may be eligible for an award from one of these funds. You will be considered for most SMU merit-based scholarships if you completed your SMU Application for Admission by January 15 (first-year applicants) or April 1 (transfer applicants for fall-term entry or November 1 for spring-term entry).

Please review sections II and III. If neither section applies to you, it is not necessary to complete the form. If one or both sections apply to you, please complete the form. This information may be duplicated to share with potential scholarship donors. Provide as much information as possible in order to allow the SMU Office of Financial Aid to efficiently consider all scholarship opportunities available to you.
