EXPERIENCING THE EARTHQUAKE
	SMU Dedman College Dean William M. Tsutsui was in Tokyo when the earthquake struck as part of the Japanese American Leadership Delegation. The delegation seeks to further relations between the United States and Japan. Dr. Tsutsui is a nationally recognized scholar in modern Japanese business and economic history whose books examine topics such as Japanese banking policy and management. Read his blog.
