Some of the dance profession's greatest creative talents visit the Meadows Division of Dance as part of an extensive guest artist program. Master classes, short-term residencies, guest choreographers, and visiting professionals are a regular part of the academic calendar and provide students the opportunity to interact with and learn from the artists and creative leaders of the dance world.

Renowned performing artists whose talents have enriched the program include Danny Buraczeski, Jacques d'Amboise, Mary Cochran, Laura Dean, Judith Jamison, Jillana, Peggy Lyman, Arthur Mitchell, Moses Pendleton, Ann Reinking, Ruby Shang, Paul Taylor, Lynne Taylor-Corbett, and Mel Tomlinson.

Members of the companies of such artists as Paul Taylor, Alvin Ailey, Twyla Tharp, Merce Cunningham, Martha Graham and David Parsons have also been guests of the Division of Dance.
