RoundUp Facilitators
RoundUp Facilitators are upperclass mentors who help guide students through our off-campus extended orientation program by leading small groups, facilitating group activities, and fostering connection and fun. Facilitators have the power to positively impact the experience of new students here at SMU.
Facilitators will co-lead a small group of 10–15 incoming students through interactive activities and meaningful discussions designed to build connections and support a smooth transition into college life. You’ll collaborate with faculty, staff, and other student leaders while developing valuable leadership and teamwork skills along the way.
This role is a volunteer position with the opportunity to serve at one to three sessions during the summer based on your availability.
