Initiative Leadership
The SMU Cox Healthcare Leadership Development Initiative is led by a key group of stakeholders, fueled by passion around this endeavor. Knowing that the healthcare industry, locally and nationally, is seeking development opportunities for its leaders, we aim to feel that need. Leaders are yearning to round-out their roles with soft skills alongside the hard skills they learned in their medical training.
