Conference Paper Submission
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has become a central concern for society, organizations, regulators, and policymakers. In business research, DEI has received the most attention in the context of organizational behavior and human resource management. These are seen as high stakes settings due to impact on job opportunities and careers of historically marginalized groups.
Authors interested in presenting at the conference should submit a pdf file that includes the title of the paper, names, affiliations, mailing and email addresses of the authors, and an abstract of no more than 500 words. Please specify who the presenting author will be. Abstracts should be submitted via this link by the submission deadline of January 15, 2023. Authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts for the conference at anytime before the deadline. The Conference Selection Committee will select papers for presentation at the conference.
View Informs Society for Marketing Science Call for Papers for more information, and to see deadlines and submission instructions.

Registration
The registration fee is $175 if you register prior to February 24, 2023. After that date, registration is $200.
The Columbia Business School Marketing Division and the Columbia Business School Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office, have generously offered to cover the full registration fee of the first 40 PhD students who register for the conference. We urge students to take advantage of this opportunity only if they are committed to attending the conference, so as not to take a spot that could otherwise be used by another student.
PhD students who wish to take advantage of the conference registration fee waiver should email Ginny Shearin at gshearin@smu.edu for a discount code to be applied at checkout. Provide her with your name, year in the PhD program. She will be keeping track of the students and only the first 40 students whose registrations we receive will receive this benefit.
