Address Change
If you are an employee with an active job at SMU, you can update your Home and Mailing addresses online via the Employee Self Service area of my.SMU.edu under Personal Information. Be sure to update both addresses as appropriate.
If you are unable to update your information via Self Service, you may submit the changes on paper using one of the following forms:
Regular Employee Personal Data Form (for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and Post Docs) - Submit the completed form to the Department of Human Resources.
Temporary Employee Address Change Form (for adjunct faculty and temporary staff) - Submit the completed form to the Department of Human Resources.
SMU students also should use the self service feature within my.SMU.edu to submit address changes.
