Dr. Eigel is the founder of The Catch Group, an executive coaching practice and consultancy specializing in individual coaching, group coaching, and senior team advisory solutions.

Laura has spent her career developing leaders in Fortune 50 companies and in the c-suite. She previously led teams at PepsiCo building the capability of teams and high potential leaders. Laura is the former Chief Learning Officer at YPO where she led the learning strategy for over 30,000 CEOs and presidents globally.

She’s a member of the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Executives Alumni. Laura has co-authored book chapters and has been a conference speaker on topics including generations in the workforce, talent selection, employee development, assessment, and technology systems in HR. She serves as faculty on 50/50 Women on Boards, the leading global education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward gender balance and diversity on corporate boards. She’s the author of the best-selling book, Values First: How Knowing Your Core Beliefs Can Get You the Life and Career You Want (Houndstooth Press, 2022) and the host of the podcast, You Belong in the C-Suite.

Laura loves listening to true crime podcasts and indoor rowing. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, two sons, and their dog Basil.
