The Project Management Office (PMO) supports IT initiatives at Southern Methodist University. The focus of IT Project Management is to empower our teams and leadership with tools that help deliver projects on time, on budget, and with expected results.
PMO Responsibilities
| Portfolio Management | The PMO facilitates project selection and priorities in order to meet Strategic SMU objectives. The project portfolio is continuously monitored to ensure timely project communication and completion. |
