In her role as Director of Student Services, Tracy Anne assists students throughout their career at Perkins from the moment they inquire until the day they graduate. She connects students with the various financial aid resources available to them at SMU and Perkins School of Theology as well as denominational and other scholarship agencies. Students may wish to request an individual appointment to discuss financial aid options as they plan to make their theological education affordable. Tracy Anne also oversees the day-to-day operations of our community life experiences in collaboration with Emily Everett, the Community Life Graduate Assistant. Tracy Anne is a member of the United Methodist Church.

For many students, the first introduction to Perkins may be through Herbert. Whether through a college, church or denominational meeting visit, or by hosting an Inside Perkins or individual visit to give students a glimpse of life on campus, Herbert helps prospective students understand the masters level options and program paths that await them at Perkins in the Perkins community.

Susan recruits and serves students enrolled at Perkins School of Theology in the Houston-Galveston Extension Program, helping them get the most of their education. Susan nurtures community life, including worship, meals, and other programs before classes on Monday nights. She provides helpful information to prospective students exploring the possibility of beginning their theological studies without having to relocate. She is ready to answer your questions regarding our convenient weekly class meetings, community life opportunities, and how to connect you with academic and church resources in the Houston-Galveston area.

Mary manages all incoming applications to Perkins, keeping track of the status of each applicant's progress and status through the admissions process. Mary keeps in frequent contact with students to ensure that their applications are completed and processed as smoothly and quickly as possible. She also coordinates commuter housing on Campus.
