Each student is personally responsible for complying with enrollment procedures and policies, and for the accuracy of his or her enrollment. Students are expected to confirm the accuracy of their enrollments each term. Students who wish to petition an exception to enrollment policies should contact their Academic Dean or Records Office immediately.
If you feel an exception to an enrollment policy is warranted or that your enrollment record is incorrect, please visit the following offices for instructions on how to petition. Petitions are to be submitted to the appropriate records office within six months of the term. Petitions submitted later than six months after the term may not be considered.
