Immigration Policy Reform for a Stronger Economy Pia M. Orrenius and Madeline Zavodny propose several ideas that would allow for the US immigration system to function more efficiently by bringing in essential workers and more sensibly allocating visas, reducing hiring bottlenecks, and lessening uncertainty and queuing for both immigrants and employers.
