John Maisto

John Maisto was Director for Western Hemisphere Affairs for Dr. Condoleezza Rice from 2001 to 2003, and served as U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States from 2003 to 2006. He was ambassador to Venezuala from 1997 to 2000, and Nicaragua 1993-1996.
