Yang teaches graduate financial accounting courses for the online MBA programs. She brings a diverse set of combined experience from medical practice and CPG industry. Before her adjunct professorship at SMU, Yang spent 12 years working at the two global iconic companies The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo Inc. where she led companies’ efforts to build and translate best science and technology into value-added, healthier beverage and food products globally. Recognized as a credible voice and sought-after expert in the field of health science and nutrition research, Yang also serves as ad hoc Special Grant Review Expert for National Institutes of Health (NIH) on Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Integrated Review Group since 2009. -
