Institute for Leadership Impact

The Institute for Leadership Impact works with emerging and established leaders in education, health, and social enterprise to help them develop the skills they need to be more effective in leading organizations and solving real-world problems.

Education

The Institute works with educational leaders from around the nation to strengthen leadership capacity and create meaningful impact in schools, districts, and communities. Its flagship District Leadership Fellows program is a year-long leadership fellowship where district leaders join a community of peers, lead through complexity, and multiply their impact.  Learn more on our Education page.

Healthcare

The Institute works with researchers from around the world to develop new tools to improve global health solutions. Current projects include low-cost eLearning courses and virtual reality simulators designed to reduce the time and cost required to train practitioners in the surgical management of postpartum hemorrhage and cervical cancer.
