As future engineers and leaders, students must possess the cultural competence to work in multicultural teams; furthermore, individuals that can advance diversity, equity, and, inclusion (DEI) possess a competitive edge over their peers.  Students have the opportunity to increase their DEI capabilities by engaging in our more than 22 engineering student organizations.
