During Your Conference
The Office of Conference Services is committed to providing quality customer service and "one stop" service in a campus environment for the University community and other appropriately sponsored groups involved in educational pursuits.
Throughout the conference, a designated contact person (may be the Conference Organizer) must be available to serve as the primary conference representative and interact with the assigned Conference Assistant (CA). The CA and this person should exchange contact information, so each will know whom to contact with questions and problems. In this way, all aspects of the conference from housing to dining, facilities and more may be controlled professionally and efficiently. The contact person assumes responsibility for guests while on campus and must be present at check-in, provide all necessary documents, and be able to address any conference related problems.
Helpful information to ensure the success of your conference is provided in the Conference Manual. The conference will manual will provide you with detailed information and guidance regarding check-in/check-out procedures, Housing and Dining Access, Housing policy and procedures and so much more.
