The Student Administrative System (also known as SAS or PeopleSoft) is the Information Management System Software that SMU uses to keep track of a Student’s Educational Records. It consists of the following modules:

The system can be accessed by students through Access.SMU to process enrollment transactions, change addresses, and view academic records. Faculty can access the system through Access.SMU to view class rosters and process grade rosters.  Faculty Advisors can access the Windows based system to maintain Student Educational Records. All users need a UserID and Password to access the system.

Any enhancements to the Administrative Systems (PeopleSoft) must be requested through the enhancement request document also known as Business Process Definition. Click  BPD to view the BPD Template.
